Acting as a confidential gateway to access the UK’s premier talent, Premier Profiles positions itself between agency and employer, enabling vacancies to be filled faster, with better quality candidates and at less expense, benefiting from the vast candidate reach of thousands of recruitment firms, whilst protecting the employer from unwanted agency approaches.
Having launched in late 2009 following extensive planning, research and beta testing, the service is beginning to acquire some big name clients from SME’s to FTSE250 employers and many independant recruitment firms with expert industry knowledge.
What we like about Premier Profiles is that we have experienced how difficult it can be to introduce an exceptional candidate to well match employers as a result of strict PSL’s, regardless of how good that candidate is and even when we know the employer is looking for a candidate with that skill set.
