Interim management refers to the use of management resources and skills on a temporary or “short-term” basis. Interim management recruitment can be a highly effective way of coping in periods of transition, a crisis, a structual change, relocation or management buy out. In most cases, the need to fill these positions on a permanent basis would be unnecessary or very difficult and costly at such short notice.
